Working with Dan on our staff StrengthsFinders assessment was extremely beneficial to me as a leader and to my team. Dan worked with me to deep dive into our context and environment. He cared to get it right and it showed when the full team was brought together. Our team immersed themselves into two sessions with Dan. We came out understanding ourselves and others in a new way. The positive approach of the assessment itself coupled with Dan’s natural ability – enthusiastic, tireless, passionate – makes this a great experience for any team.

The beginning of a school year is such an overwhelmingly exciting time. It’s a gargantuan task to get an academic year up and going. McGrew Consulting Group’s Clifton’s StrengthFinder Professional Development was the most amazing way to begin our year. With new faculty and staff members joining our team, we needed a way to take a deep, meaningful dive into the PEOPLE, not the processes of “back to school”. We wanted to not only learn about the strengths of our teammates, but also ourselves.
